Driver applications are submitted through a separate third-party application platform and are subject to that platform’s terms, privacy practices, and application process. The Website may link to third-party websites and services, including the customer/driver TMS login, driver application platform, equipment-sales website, social-media platforms, video or podcast services, and map services. These Terms apply only to the public Website. They do not govern third-party websites, the TMS login, driver-application platform, or equipment-sales website. Doug Andrus is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or practices.
